We're building AI that works
like a professional.
The future of work is hiring an AI professional with a name, a memory, and the tools to deliver. Not prompting a stateless AI a hundred times a day.
Most AI tools are great at conversation
and weak at consequence.
They describe what an assistant would do, but they can't do it. They forget you between sessions. They can't touch your files. They reset every time you reopen the tab.
We wanted something different. An AI professional with a stable identity. One that remembers the context you gave it last week. One that can actually read your files, browse the web, and follow up on Tuesday because it knows what happened on Monday.
So we built it. Brainmox is what we wanted to use ourselves: an AI that behaves like a real co-worker instead of a very smart search engine.
Five things
that matter.
Identity matters.
A professional you work with every day should have a face and a name, not be a blank text field.
Memory matters.
Context shouldn't be copy-pasted into every new session. Your assistant should know you.
Privacy matters.
Your work is yours. Agents should run on your machine, respect your data, and leave an audit trail you can inspect.
Control matters.
Every action an agent takes should be observable, bounded, and reversible. No black boxes.
Craft matters.
This is software people will rely on every day. It should feel like craft, not like a tech demo.
Brainmox is in private beta. We're installing each agent personally for a small group of professionals who want a real AI co-worker. Every piece of feedback shapes what ships next. If that's you, we'd love to talk.

Private beta access is limited. New agent roles are shipping soon.
