Brainmox is an AI agent and a white-glove service in one. We build the agent in-house, set it up for each client, teach it their work and stay involved, and we keep the number of clients small on purpose.
Most AI tools are great at conversation
and weak at consequence.
Conversation tools are useful, but recurring delegated work also needs durable context, tool access, scheduling, permissions, and a record of what happened.
We built Brainmox around those requirements: a stable agent identity, persistent records, supported tools, multiple channels, and human approval options.
The goal is not to pretend software is a person. It is to make delegated work more continuous, bounded, and reviewable.
We're not trying to be the next general-purpose chatbot. We'd rather serve a small number of professionals well: an agent that knows their work, and people who answer when something needs fixing.
Six things
that matter.
Identity matters.
A professional you work with every day should have a face and a name, not be a blank text field.
Memory matters.
Context shouldn't be copy-pasted into every new session. Your assistant should know you.
Privacy matters.
Your work is yours. Your data should stay isolated, never train shared models, never be sold, and leave an audit trail you can inspect.
Control matters.
Delegated actions need appropriate permissions, approvals, cancellation, and activity records.
Service matters.
Software alone doesn't make an assistant useful. Setup, teaching and fixing are part of the product.
Craft matters.
This is software people will rely on every day. It should feel like craft, not like a tech demo.
