Create these actual downloadable files:
1. weekly-report.docx — a readable client report.
2. task-ledger.csv — the tasks supporting the report.

Also show the report in chat so I can review it.

Reporting period: September 14–20, 2026, inclusive.
Reporting cutoff: September 20, 2026 at 17:00.
Timezone: America/Toronto.
Audience: the client’s project lead.

These are fixed example dates. Do not substitute today’s date.

Use these report sections:

- Decisions needed

- Open questions

For the CSV, use these columns:

Requirements:
- Use only the source notes below.
- Include source references so I can check your conclusions.
- Distinguish completed outcomes from unfinished work.
- Flag overdue work using the reporting cutoff.
- Keep unknown owners or due dates as "Not specified".
- Leave completed_date empty for unfinished tasks.
- Distinguish agreed commitments from proposed next steps.
- Flag ambiguous or stale information rather than guessing.
- Do not ask me to resolve missing facts before producing the
  first draft; record them as open questions.
- Do not send messages, change connected records or create schedules.
- Create and attach the files, not just instructions for making them.

SOURCE NOTES — all people and project details are fictional:

S01 / R01:
September 15: Alex approved project brief v2.
The agreed deadline was September 15.

S02 / R02:
September 17: Morgan delivered the final content inventory.
The agreed deadline was September 17.

S03 / R03:
September 18: Homepage copy is still in progress.
Alex missed the agreed September 18 deadline.
No revised deadline has been agreed.

S04 / R04:
September 18: Morgan cannot check analytics until the client
grants access. The agreed task due date remains September 22.
No client access contact is named.

S05 / R05:
September 18: Morgan started reviewing the navigation draft
and will finish September 23.

S06 / R06:
September 18: Launch date still needs a decision.
Someone should confirm it "next Friday"; no owner or exact
date was agreed. This task has not started.
