Brainmox is
invitation only.
We're not open to the public. Access is granted exclusively through an invitation code from an existing Brainmox user.
Quality of attention,
not quantity of users.
Brainmox isn't a self-serve SaaS racing for sign-ups. Every new account gets a personal setup session, a tuned assistant, and direct access to our team while it learns your work.
That only scales if growth scales the same way the product does — through people who already use it, vouching for the next person they bring in. So that's how we're growing.
Three steps to
an invitation code.
Small print,
plain English.
One code, one account
Invitation codes are single-use and tied to the member who issued them. Don't share them publicly — they expire on first use.
Members get a quota
Active members receive a limited number of invitations each quarter. We'd rather give a few good codes than flood the door.
We may pause invitations
If we hit capacity for setup sessions in a given week, new invitations queue until we've onboarded the current cohort properly.
No code? Stay close.
We don't keep a public waitlist. Follow the blog, talk to a member you trust, and a code usually finds its way to you.
No code, no problem — yet. We can't sign you up without an invitation, but we can keep you in the loop. Read the blog, learn how the product works, and the right invitation tends to surface from people you already know.
Got your
invitation code?
Head to signup, enter your code, and we'll take it from there. Your assistant will be live before the week is out.
You'll be asked for your invitation code on the first step. Keep it handy.
