Can I hire more than one agent?
Not yet. The platform supports multiple agents side-by-side, but during private beta each customer gets one. Additional roles ship throughout the year.
What does 'battery included' actually mean?
Your subscription covers all LLM inference, web search API costs, image generation, and storage. You won't get a surprise bill at the end of the month for token usage.
Can I use my own API keys?
Yes. If you prefer to run inference on your own OpenAI, Anthropic, or other account, you can plug in your keys. This is a power-user option — the default is our managed setup.
What does 'private beta' mean?
We're onboarding a small number of customers personally. You get a setup session with our team, direct access to us, and a front-row seat to every new capability. Slots are limited.
Is there a free trial?
Not during private beta — we're focused on making every customer successful from day one. We do offer a full refund in the first 30 days, no questions asked.
What about my data?
The app runs on your own machine. Files, conversations, and workspaces stay local. When the assistant calls a model, sensitive data is scrubbed before it leaves your device. You control the model provider.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Monthly plans can be cancelled at the end of any billing cycle. Annual plans are refundable pro-rated within 30 days.
What operating systems do you support?
macOS, Windows, and Linux. Native desktop installers for each.
How long is the setup?
Most customers are productive within the first hour. Our personal onboarding takes 30–45 minutes.
