Can I hire more than one agent?
Not during the current private-beta offer. The platform can support multiple agents, but today's published plan includes one Personal Assistant.
What does 'battery included' actually mean?
Supported AI inference, web search, image generation, and service storage are included in the published plan rather than billed through a separate customer token meter. Beta limits and acceptable-use controls still apply.
Can I use my own API keys?
No. Brainmox currently uses a managed model setup with platform-owned keys; supported AI usage is included in the subscription.
What does 'private beta' mean?
Signup currently requires a valid invitation code from an existing member. The team provides guided onboarding, and features, limits, availability, and pricing may change during beta with appropriate notice for paid customers.
Is there a free trial?
There is no public free trial during private beta. Any research demonstration or beta offer is agreed individually, and its price, term, collection method, cancellation process, and any applicable refund terms are confirmed in writing before payment.
What about my data?
Your agent's conversations, memory, and files live in an isolated per-customer data store and are not used to train shared models or sold under CloudAid's policy. Vault values stay outside model calls and resolve only for eligible tool execution; ordinary prompt and tool content is not covered by a general sensitive-data scrubber. Runs and tool calls create activity records. If you prefer, hands-on tools such as shell, files, and browser can run on your own machine.
Can I cancel anytime?
Cancellation, renewal, and refund details are supplied in writing before Brainmox accepts payment because self-serve billing is not currently shipped.
What operating systems do you support?
macOS, Windows, and Linux. Native desktop installers for each.
How long is the setup?
The guided onboarding session is planned for roughly 30–45 minutes. Total setup time varies with the runtime, connected accounts, permissions, and workflow being configured.
