The service

We set it up, teach it your work,
and keep it running.

Brainmox is our own AI agent, built in-house, and it comes with our team looking after it. You don't configure prompts or chase bugs; we do that with you, and you approve what goes out.

/ What you get

Our own agent, and the people
who built it, looking after it.

With most AI tools you buy a subscription and you're on your own: you set it up, you keep it working, and you rely entirely on the AI getting things right. Brainmox is different. We take care of it.

We handle the technology and the complexity, keep bringing in better tools as they appear, and manage your agent to make sure things keep going well. You get the benefit without becoming the person who has to run an AI system.

Brainmox is our own technology: we design and build the agent (its memory, tools, routines and safeguards) and run it on leading AI models. We don't resell or configure someone else's AI. Setup, teaching, check-ins and fixes are part of the price, not extras.

During the private beta you work directly with the founding team. We take a small number of clients on purpose, so each one gets real attention.

/ Who does what

Clear about
who does what.

01

What we do

Set up your Brainmox agent and connect your accounts with the access you choose. Teach it your way of writing and working. Turn routines on one at a time. Check in with you regularly. Fix what breaks and tell you what we changed.

02

What you do

Join a kickoff call and a few short check-ins. Share examples of your own writing so the agent can match it. Review and approve what goes out on your behalf, and tell us when something isn't right.

03

What stays yours

Every professional decision. Your agent doesn't give pricing, legal, tax or financing advice; it prepares the work and you decide. Your data stays yours, isolated from other clients and never used to train shared models.

/ Your first 30 days

How the first month
usually goes.

Day 1
Kickoff call
We set up your Brainmox agent together, connect the accounts and channels you choose, and switch on the first routine. Messages to other people start as drafts for your approval.
Week 1
Teaching week
Your agent learns from examples of your own writing. Everything it would send stays a draft while we review the results with you and correct what's off.
Day 14
First check-in
A short call: what worked, what we fixed, and whether to give the agent more to do.
Day 30
Review
We look at the month together and agree what comes next: a new routine, more autonomy where you're comfortable, or adjustments.

Planned timings during the private beta. We'll publish firmer numbers once we've measured them with our first clients.

/ After the first month

Looked after,
month after month.

01

Monthly check-in

A 30-minute call to review what your agent did, what we changed and what to add next.

02

Fixes when something breaks

Tell us and we fix it from the real conversation, then tell you what changed. Urgent problems get same-day attention during business hours.

03

New routines over time

We add work to your agent one routine at a time, as you're comfortable.

04

A real person to reach

During the private beta you talk to the founding team directly.
